Astor Chambers

Astor Chambers is widely recognized as an accomplished marketing executive and brand builder with a proficient understanding of the mindset of today’s consumer, trendsetters and influencers. Mr. Chambers is currently the Global Influence and Social Actions Lead at Beats/Apple.


Mr. Chambers is responsible for overseeing all collaborations for the brand globally and driving social progress with a focus on the ongoing support of the black community. Prior to this Mr. Chambers was the Sr. Director of Statement at Adidas where he over saw all music collaborations and led the launch of the Beyoncé/IVY Park partnership.


Before joining Adidas Mr. Chambers had multiple leadership positions at NIKE, Inc. as Merchandising Director for Energy, Project Lead for World Basketball Festival where he was responsible for driving the overall strategy and leveraged all 3 basketball brands within the NIKE, Inc. portfolio, Footwear Business Director for the Jordan Brand where he was responsible for setting the strategy and long term vision for the Jordan Brand footwear business by leading the team of 15, and Global Footwear Product Director of Urban/Indie/Urbano for NIKE where he was responsible for developing global strategic footwear plans across all functions and regions while managing a team of four managers.


Mr. Chambers has worked on some of the most notable marketing initiatives within the footwear industry (World Basketball Festival, 25th Year Anniversary of the NIKE Air Force One, 25th Year Anniversary of the Jordan Brand, launch of Billionaire Boys Club, etc.)


Before returning to NIKE, Inc. he led the launch of Billionaire Boys Club/Ice Cream as the Brand check here Director, which is a lifestyle clothing and footwear line, inspired by producer/musician Pharrell Williams of the Neptunes and fashion designer Nigo of Human Made (formerly of Bathing Ape).
